@darrenlynch07 @PassportIRL @darrenlynch07 I posted my son's supporting documents(mine&my husband's passports&sons birth cert)&concent form tracked and they were delivered to the passport office 23rd June. When I log in I get the same message for 6weeks now. I'm getting worried our documents have been lost

@Danielle_J_Thom @PassportIRL I'm in the same boat. I sent all documents via track and trace and it said they were delivered 23rd June and when I log in it still says "on hold pending repiept of documentation"

@mbdurrani @PassportIRL I'm exactly the same. It's so frustrating all I want is some confirmation that they actually have received the guardian concent form and mine and my husband's passports. When I seen alert message it scared me because I thought maybe our passports are lost in the post or something
