The first week of May recognizes #MentalHealthWeek. Grief is something that nearly everyone experiences in someway or form throughout their lives. We know grief comes with many different feelings and emotions which can impact our overall mental health and wellness.
@DpcPodcast This yr I would’ve loved to tell my dad that this past yr I’ve worked especially hard 2 change myself 4 the better & have been successful.✨
Today, I cried.
For the losses kind caregivers have inspirationally shouldered.
For the trauma frontline workers have courageously endured.
For the grief many communities have so bravely faced.
Tears of emotion watering seeds of hope.
Today, I smiled.
