Just got back from a productive regional @aimbe event in Seattle! Together with co-host UW, we brought together legislative offices, AIMBE Fellows and Emerging Leaders, academic researchers, foundations, and industry bioengineers, for a day of innovation, advocacy and networking!

Nearly 200 science advocates met with 100+ offices on Capitol Hill to make the case for robust NSF funding. At the CNSF Science Showcase, 16 #NSFfunded teams demonstrated how NSF investments drive discovery, innovation, #STEM talent and U.S. competitiveness.
