@Wickes my 80 year old grandparents had their kitchen deemed “unfit for purpose” by qualified colleagues at the Hanley Branch in DECEMBER with 5 pages of issues. 4 months on, no work has been carried out to rectify the kitchen - Severely impacting their mental and physical health

They have made countless phone calls, countless visits to the Hanley branch and NO ONE wants to take any responsibility. They are at home living in a kitchen deemed unfit for purpose and constantly being brushed off. What part of your CSR policy condones treating people this way

@Wickes Grandparents were informed that someone would be in touch to book a date for the kitchen to be rectified, 1 week on.. not a peep.. they have no one to contact and every person says they don’t know who to contact. Never seen customer service so poor in my life

@Wickes a store manager and qualified fitter came to review the work and named it unfit for use. Wickes customer service now insist the only person who able to resolve the issue, is the unhinged fitter who has caused severe ill health. How is that suitable for couple of 80!!!!!

@Wickes my 80 year old grandparents have spent a small fortune on a kitchen from Wickes. Kitchen fitter arrived who did a disgusting job, bought his “brother” to help who was not qualified then became mentally unhinged and made them cry and is now causing them severe ill health.
