@doctorhelgi And today my list was expertly anaesthetised by someone happy to do so despite the many and sometimes bizarre endocrine demands…. No relaxant, several bloods intraop, turning the lights off to ‘see’ parathyroids and a rapid turnover between cases… it was also delightful!
