There is a number given by the SPICEJET REPRESENTATIVE at the airport, however no one answers and only sends an auto text as below. Later picks and doesn't speak. Later diverts to another number that is off. This is the responsibility of the so-called authorities....

The offer given by Amazon India is s now not available and the company refuses to rebook. Customer Service agent mentions that customer should speak to the bank for the Amazon offer.
