@BethanyEstrell3@priceline As we have stated THREE times now in these tweets, @priceline has been contacted by phone at that exact number FIVE times. No resolution as of yet. In fact, only one e-mail response to inform us that our “good will” refund is being rescinded. #passonpriceline
after an utterly embarrassing experience showing up to a hotel to find out we had NO reservation, and 4 phone calls with NO follow up to handle the extra $585 we were charged, @priceline is now reclaiming the “good will” portion of their refund. Adding insult to injury. Unreal.
@priceline@BethanyEstrell3 The trip number is clearly visible in the picture of the email. We are looking for @priceline to honor its booking and treat customers with respect.

@priceline@BethanyEstrell3 We have already contacted you five times. The case HAS been reviewed. each time we have been told that we would receive an e-mail communication that never came. each call we were told a refund of the extra money we had to spend is not possible. The only e-mail was the one below.
@JetBlue incredibly disappointing when a fellow passenger who boarded AFTER me gets the last carry-on bag spot and I have to check my bag because I was in group D. Shouldn’t be inconvenienced because I was in group D.
