यह ललित शर्मा है। यह ग़ाज़ियाबाद के हिस्ट्री शीटर पिंकी चौधरी का चेला है। ईद उस फित्र के दौरान इसका एक वीडियो वायरल हुआ था। जिसमें यह उत्तम नगर में ईद ना मनाने का आह्वान करते हुए मुसलमानों के खिलाफ भड़काऊ बयानबाज़ी कर रहा था। चूंकि मदर ऑफ डेमोक्रेसी की पुलिस कानून के बजाय ‘ऊपरी दबाव’ का पालन करती है, इसलिए यह जेल नहीं गया।

अब इसका यह वीडियो आया है। इसका कहना है कि देवबंद स्थित दारुल उलूम परिसर की मस्जिद के ठीक 14 फीट नीचे शिव मंदिर है। प्रशासन उसकी खुदाई कराए और अगर मंदिर नहीं निकलता है तो इसे फांसी दे दे। इसकी इस मांग को मेरा भी पूर्ण समर्थन है। लेकिन उससे पहले इससे उन सभी की लिस्ट ले ली जाए, जो मस्जिद की नीचे मंदिर होने का दावा कर रहे हैं, और मंदिर ना मिल पाने के एवज़ मे खुद के लिए फांसी मांग रहे हैं। उसके बाद खुदाई की जाए, और उस खुदाई का लाइव प्रसारण भी होना चाहिए।

अगर खुदाई के बाद मस्जिद के नीचे मंदिर नहीं निकलता है तो, फिर इन सभी की संपत्तियों को बेचकर उस खुदाई में आए खर्च को पूरा किया जाए, और मस्जिद के पुनिर्माण में आने वाले खर्च को भी इन्हीं की संपत्तियों से पूरा किया जाए। और जैसा इन्होंने कहा कि अगर मंदिर नहीं निकला तो इन्हें फांसी दी जाए, तो वह कार्य खुदाई पूरी होने के बाद दिल्ली मे किया जाए। इन्हें दिल्ली में जमुना किनारे लटकाया जाए, अगर ऐसा हो जाता है तो, आप यक़ीन मानिए कि मस्जिदों के नीचे मंदिर खोज लेने वाली प्रजाति इस देश से हमेशा के लिए विलुप्त हो जाएगी।

भोजशाला मामले में धार के एसपी सचिन शर्मा का भाषण सुनिए, एसपी के भाषण में कानून की नहीं बल्कि मुसलमानों के लिए भाजपा द्वारा की जाने वाली भाषा का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।

वह कह रहे हैं कि अब कानून का पालन होगा यानी एसपी से सवाल ये भी होना चाहिए कि अगर अब कानून का पालन होगा तो पहले से क्या हो रहा था? एसपी के इस भाषण पर AIMIM के अध्यक्ष @asadowaisi ने कहा है कि "एसपी को वर्दी उतार भाजपा ज्वॉइन कर लेनी चाहिए क्योंकि यह कानून में भरोसा नहीं रखता है।"

In Juhapura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a 70-year-old man identified as Zaheer Shaikh died after being taken into police custody, leading to serious allegations of custodial torture and conflicting claims from police and family members.

Zaheer Shaikh had reportedly been arrested in connection with a case involving alleged possession of around 500 kg of beef. Earlier, videos showing police action against some accused in the case had circulated widely on social media.

Before his death, a video recorded by his son surfaced online in which Zaheer claimed that police personnel assaulted him in custody. In the video, he alleged that officers beat him, pulled his beard, kicked him in his private parts, and demanded money as a bribe. He specifically named an officer identified as Akshay in the recording.

Family members and local residents have alleged that Zaheer was subjected to custodial violence and abuse. According to them, he named several police personnel before he died while undergoing treatment at SVP Hospital in Ahmedabad.

Police, however, have denied the torture allegations and stated that Zaheer’s condition deteriorated after he allegedly consumed a high dose of medication while in custody, which they say led to his hospitalisation and subsequent death.
