Phase 2 is mostly about what the agent is not allowed to do.
PolicyEnvelope caps turnover, single name weight, daily trades, and the asset list. CircuitBreaker trips on a stale oracle, a 5% price deviation, or liquidity under the floor. While it is tripped, overrides revert until the guardian resets.
That is the point of this phase: give the agent a path, then hard code the rails so a bad proposal dies onchain instead of in a Discord thread.
Phase 2 is the agentic layer on top of the Phase 1 vaults.
Rules still run on the normal path. When a regime window opens, an authorized agent can propose an override inside an onchain policy envelope, wait out a 60 second challenge window, then execute. Guardian can veto in that window.
So the vault is not stuck waiting for the next cadence tick when markets move. The agent also cannot freestyle outside the envelope.

AINDEX has a concrete job in Phase 1.
Spinning up a vault locks 1,000 AINDEX in escrow until the vault is wound down. Management and performance fees accrue as vault shares. Deposits stay capped while this first mainnet pass runs for real.
So the token is not waiting on some future governance story. It is the bond that lets someone stand up a basket vault and keep skin in the game while other people deposit.

The launch vault is an equal weight basket of USDG, NVDA, MSFT, AAPL, GOOG, AMZN, and TSLA.
NAV comes from Chainlink feeds. When weights drift past the band, a manager wallet can rebalance through Uniswap. Each run is capped at 20% of NAV, so one trade cannot empty the book into a thin pool.
That is Phase 1 in practice: a basket you can enter and exit, with the rebalance path enforced on chain rather than left as a slide deck promise.
Phase 1 of AIndex is live on Robinhood Chain.
Deposit USDG into the Mag7 vault and you get shares. Redeem burns those shares and sends back a pro rata slice of every asset the vault holds: USDG plus the equities. No withdrawal queue, no lockup window. You exit into the basket itself.
The deposit allowlist is off, so anyone with USDG and gas can try it. Per vault cap is still $5,000 until we get an external audit.

Redeeming from an AIndex vault.
Press Max, burn your shares, and the vault sends back a pro-rata slice of everything it holds. Seven token transfers in one transaction. No lockup, no withdrawal queue.
You get the basket itself, in your wallet.

Depositing into an AIndex vault, start to finish.
Approve USDG, press deposit, and you hold shares in an equal-weight basket of NVDA, MSFT, AAPL, GOOG, AMZN, TSLA and USDG.
Live on Robinhood Chain. The allowlist is off, so anyone can deposit.

Meet $AINDEX 📊
AIndex is an onchain asset-management protocol built around Autonomous Index Agents: programmable AI agents that create, manage, rebalance, and optimize transparent index vaults according to user-defined objectives.
$AINDEX also introduces a decentralized curation layer. Professional managers, analysts, developers, and community members can deploy specialized curator agents that vote on portfolio composition, propose rebalances, compete for mandates, and earn rewards based on transparent performance and reputation.
