@Telstra I have a confirmed (by tech support team) outage but the outage page is also down for my area so have no idea about service restoration. There doesn’t seem to be any concern that the service status is down—which is the first thing anyone with a problem should be able to check.
@Telstra There maybe a fault with my service and not neighbours (maybe not) however your outage system is broken for my area. It doesn’t say no outage is says outage status is not working (I have tested it with other addresses).
@Telstra …but the troubleshooting tool will tell me there is no outage in my area which would lead me to think it’s a problem with my modem, computer, my line—but there is a confirmed outage in my area, just no public report of it and no way for me to track progress.
