i came across something interesting today and thought it was worth sharing with my dev friends.

when someone asks ChatGPT things like:

"what's the best form builder?"
"what landing page tool should i use?"
"what's the best alternative to Webflow?"

where do those recommendations actually come from?

most people assume it's just AI magic.

but a lot of the time, the answers are influenced by discussions happening on Reddit, Hacker News, forums and other public communities.

which means if your product isn't showing up in those conversations, there's a good chance AI won't recommend it either.

that's what caught my attention about @airankcite

i haven't spent enough time with it yet to fully vouch for the product.

but the core idea makes a lot of sense.
