So all the times NCHDs were berated in the media, online, & by whoever felt like it, for emigrating.. we’re now home/not leaving and there’s no jobs for our outgoing interns? But yet there’s 24 hour shifts, hospitals with 6-8 wards per intern on call, & 12 days in a row rosters?

@fishandhips75 I have to say I’m struggling with everything being a little worse, everyone is tired, we are all feeling worn out and worried that despite all the clapping etc we won’t get the support we need to move forward for our patients. Everyone feeling stresssed and vulnerable.
