@MillenniumPune is one of the premium malls in pune and to have this quality of pvr experience is a shame. There was no one in charge to supervise either in bathrooms or theatre. The watching experience was also horrible with the lights on in theatre after the movie started

Visited PVR Wakad pune today and the washroom condition was unacceptable — very dirty and taps not working. The theatre experience is more than just the screen. If basic hygiene isn’t maintained, why would customers come to theatres? Please improve conditions
