Purchased @Dell inspiron 16 11 months ago, started facing trackpad issues after 3 months. Till date 4 visits by @dellcare service engineer which included changes of motherboard X 2, trackpad X 2. Still @dell is unaware about the issue and @dellcare is unable to solve it..

@DellCares Its been 6 months @DellCares has not been able to solve a fucking trackpad issue. With formatting of the PC, reinstalled windows 11 , changing of the motherboard and the track pad nothing made a difference #DellTech #dell #service
