@HSpecialSurgery called to get an appointment for someone to evaluate my daughter’s broken leg and told unless it is surgical, which is it not bc it’s a non displaced break, no doctor will see her. Very odd.
@onepeloton the absolute worst experience. I’ve had a bike for two months that doesn’t work. Technicians don’t show up at appointed times, customer service agents read a script rather than actually try to help/solve the problem. It’s unbelievable. What a waste of my time & money.

@citi not that cancelling my credit card will have much impact on you, but your atrocious handling of a security issue from investigation to replacement card has left me no choice. You couldn’t have done more to make it clear to me you couldn’t care less about me & my business

@Delta this is one of two emails I received today without my complaint even being processed, the other offering a full refund. Incredible customer service. I was disappointed after this trip but given how wonderfully @delta has handled it, still a loyal delta customer.
