My advice for all types of tendinopathy....

🔺Severe pain ≠ severe pathology
🔺It wont rupture with graded rehab
🔺It will take longer than you want or expect
🔺It will improve if you believe it will improve
🔺It needs regular loading and rest

Dealing with a HSE case where a child has been waitlisted since 2015 for occupational therapy input and where that HSE advise that the first appointment will be on 23rd January 2025.
Our system is broken if that is considered in anyway suitable or appropriate
