Kim Damti was slaughtered by Hamas on Oct 7, 2023 at the Nova Music festival. She was only 22 & an Irish citizen. Today wld have been her 25th birthday. She is one of the deaths celebrated in Ireland by the Israel Hate Movement as acclaimed & legitimate “ resistance “. Two days of debates in the Dail this week solely demonising Israel, Kim was not mentioned once. Not remembered by a single TD
Important:
It is wise to remove videos of this what was perpetrated upon this man. A kind looking, gentle man. A father. Because it is actually only helping the culprits in the long run. Posting their faces can affect the investigation and affect trial. Once they were charged the case is subjudice. We know now who the perpetrators were, so it would be kind to the family to remove the video that will haunt them for eternity. It is adding to their anguish.
Also please donate and share as the financial burden of a funeral can be removed from the family, even if their grief can not and never will be removed.

I offer my deepest sympathies to
the Alexander Coughlan's family (not least his two young children), friends and community. These are the darkest days they will ever have. It will be a very long time before they feel the light upon them again. If ever. Two young children robbed of a father in the most brutal way. Cruel and callous beyond anything I can ever understand or fathom.
A sudden death is hard enough to carry the weight of. A murder is incalcuably heavy. A murder perpetrated in the manner this one was is a weight that no loved one can ever be expected to carry. So many lives shattered and ruined.
Rest In Peace.
The only Irish person recently kidnapped in the region.
NOT ONE of these deranged leftists protested on behalf of 8 year old Emily Hand when she was dragged into Gaza by monsters.
In fact, they protested against her, when they praised Hamas.
I’d love to understand how this decision can be made by the Public Broadcaster without asking the PUBLIC if they agree. The Public are quite fond of the silly song contest. They are also very fond of Israel’s songs, awarding 10 points the second highest vote in 2025 and 2024.
Have we lost our famous Irish fáilte?
I was literally two minutes late for breakfast in the hotel this morning. Tables still full of people eating, I could still see the hot and cold buffets were still out.
The Maître D’ apologised and said they finish at 10.00. I wasn’t in the humour of a row, so I said that’s a shame and left. He could have seated me, he could have offered a bowl of cereal to take to the room. He was right, technically, robotically. I was wrong.
In the early 90s, we stayed in the Great Southern in Killarney for the week. There was a waiter there. I’d say a college student. Still remember his name, Peter. He’d stand at our table telling jokes, nothing was too much for him.
Great service is remembered 30 years later. It’s how we built our tourism industry.
Now its computer says no with nothing to separate us from any other European culture.
Am I the only one noticing it more and more since Covid?
The people of Ireland stand with the protesters.
The response from the government so far is a complete disaster.
The surplus in taxes could have eased this problem from the very start.
They spent billions of taxpayers money helping people from outside our country for two long.
It's time to look after our own people once and for all.
One of the hardest things we all have to do in life is to try and turn the page to the next chapter, knowing that someone who meant so much to you won’t be in it. You made me the man that I am today and you will always be my moral compass! Rest in Peace Ash 🕊️❤️
The silence is deafening. Civilian men, women, and children are being slaughtered in Sudan.
Estimates of over 150,000 killed & 14 million displaced since April 2023. Considered the world’s largest humanitarian crisis.
No mass protests. No daily political statements/demands. No college campus encampments.
Can't express how disturbed I am by the murder of Charlie Kirk. I actually feel sick. Just prayed a Rosary for his soul and his family. Will probably have more cogent thoughts in the morning when I've had time to process it all, honestly beyond shocking.
I have no words. I don't understand how to live in a world where someone would take a father away from his young children for having a different opinion.
Remember the TDs who push through the Occupied Territories Bill in Ireland which risks Irish economic interests, have nothing on the line.
Their jobs are safe. And their pensions are safe.
A few people have asked for comment on this:
Here it is: When all else fails, they smear. And smear and smear. They play the man. And the more it fails, the bigger the smear. They want you to say "I am not a racist", those are the words they want coming out of your mouth.
They wish to control what you see, what you hear, and who you hear from. The anger here is encompassed in the statement "why is he getting a platform"? Because in Ruth's Ireland, nobody like me would ever get a platform. And nor would anyone like you.
Picture the Ireland of the Socialist Party and it's allied NGOs, and it's just a grey world of the same dreary faces, telling you that you owe them a living so they can educate you not to be racist, day after day after day.
An eternal purgatory of re-education. And if you step out of line, you will be destroyed and discredited and attacked, as dishonestly as necessary, until you realise it's not worth it.
These people have suckled off the rest of us for far too long.
With 10 points from the Irish public & 7 points from the Irish jury it is clear that music is able to unite us.
It is also clear that, contrary to what a loud anti-Israel minority in Ireland shout, they do not represent the Irish majority.
Thank you to the people of Ireland for your votes! 🙏🏻
In Switzerland, which hosted the Eurovision Song Contest, violent anti-Israel protests took place - the Swiss audience gave Israel 12 points.
In Spain, before the Israeli song, they put the words "Justice for Palestine" on the screen - the Spanish audience gave Israel 12 points.
Portugal, the winning contestant from 2017, headed a list of 72 past contestants who signed a letter demanding Israel's expulsion from the contest - the Portuguese audience gave Israel 12 points.
In Paris, London, and Amsterdam, we have seen countless demonstrations against Israel in the past year - but audiences in France, Britain, and the Netherlands all gave us points.
Even in the only country outside of Europe, Australia, where antisemitism is celebrated - the Australians gave us points.
Even Ireland, which demanded Israel be expelled from Eurovision, gave 10 points from the Irish audience.
Other countries where Israel's participation was also attacked, such as Finland, Sweden, Norway, and others - the audience gave points to Israel.
Israel came first in the world's audience votes!
Leave the countries judges' vote, which is all politics and does not represent their people as we have seen, just like the governments in these countries (by the way, the only country where the judges gave Israel 12 points is a Muslim country, Azerbaijan).
Europe made a very clear choice: in the face of antisemitism and hatred, they stand by the State of Israel🇮🇱
