@MusicalChairs14 @ThatMaoriGirl individualised funding and carer support are allocated annually in advance based on a Needs Assessment, so how can Whaikaha argue that it is too-flexible spending that needs to be reined in? The budget is set and each purchase has to be approved, justified and receipted.
