I built every AI system behind an agency doing $285k/month & $45M+ in client sales. No team. No coding. Just Claude. Now helping 9โ5ers build their own ๐
First webinar:
๐ธ S$582.08 ad spend
๐ฐ S$18,482 cash collected
๐ 32x return
I built a 30-agent command centre: onboarding, landing pages, ads, automations.
My partner hosts the webinar. Closers take the calls.
Everything else? AI.

@BertrandDiouly 100% the right order. a sample and a payment link beats a pretty website every time. how did you land them, cold outreach or someone you already knew?
@AiWithhuzifa AI automations for local businesses is the one I'd bet on. dentists and gyms will pay for anything that answers enquiries at 11pm. which of these have you seen people get paid for first?
@piyascode9 the monetisation prompt is the one people should start with tbh, most channels die because there's no plan to make money from it. how long before you saw the first views come in?
@deanwperkins the bit most people skip is who actually pays for these. building the agent is the easy part, finding a business with the problem is the real job. which of the 4 would you sell first?
@TommiPedruzzi every one of those waves had the same pattern, the people who won were early and boring about it. is AI publishing still wide open or will it be crowded by 2027?
@sumitroy2 AI voice agents are about to flip who's calling who ๐ I'm building one for sales calls and the hardest part is making it not sound like a robot. did this one actually fool the scammer?
@RoundtableSpace the one-page guide for the fridge is genius ๐ same idea works for small businesses, one private AI the whole team can use. would you trust it with client data or keep that on paid tools?
@garyvee needed this. most people I see stuck aren't short on talent, they're waiting to feel ready. what would you tell someone scared to start their first business?
@jimmy_aibrief biggest upgrade for me was giving Claude the full context of my business before asking it anything. which of the 8 would you start a total beginner on?
@RoundtableSpace this is the stuff that makes normal people go "oh, AI's actually useful". has anyone run it on a full phone backup yet, how long did it take?
@aakashgupta the bit nobody shares is the years of grind before the one big year. same with AI businesses, people see the result, not the systems behind it. wild that one bet on leverage took Corzine down, was it greed or just bad timing?
@cyrilXBT the setup is the easy bit tbh. I run 50+ agents and the hard part is giving each one a proper job and checking its work. what's the first agent you'd tell a beginner to build?
@AndrewBolis the "act as a strategic advisor" one is so underrated. I run something similar on competitor ads every week. which of the 9 do you actually use most?
@xinxuai@liluocheng13 Same here, props are the worst for it Whatโs helped me is generating the empty room first as its own reference, then dropping the characters into that. Stops the set drifting between shots. Have you tried keeping a background plate like that?
3 questions I ask before building any agent ๐
1. does someone do this every week?
2. would a mistake cost money? (if yes, add an approve button)
3. can I check its work in under a minute?
3 yeses = build it. comment "AGENT" for my checklist
