I still can’t believe how much this scene was joked about when this film was released in theaters. This scene was memed to death & I always thought it was such a sad, powerful scene that would absolutely make sense in the grand scheme of things. Henry Cavill was a little rough here, sure. But Ben Affleck delivered one incredible performance as Batman. He completely threw himself in the role & it’s displayed spectacularly here.
