BREAKING: DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin now says that ICE will be arresting people at polling places on election day. Specifically:

"ICE isn't there to patrol the polling places, we're there to enforce specific threats. The only reason why we would be at polling places if there is a threat to that polling place or we're serving a warrant on someone that we have been actively tracking down."

Brian Morales, a 25-year-old U.S. citizen, was riding in a vehicle that was stopped by police in April. After the police called ICE, Brian explained to immigration officials that he is a U.S. citizen, born in Colorado, and even offered to show his birth certificate. DHS disputed this and DEPORTED him to Mexico.

MONTHS later, he is finally back in the United States.

Brian is just one of several U.S. citizens who have been kidnapped under the guise of immigration enforcement. This needs to stop. Congress must pass my Stop ICE from Kidnapping U.S. Citizens Act to ensure no other citizens have to experience this cruelty.

Absolutely unbelievable.

A federal judge ordered a stop to Trump's plan to overhaul mail-in voting, and according to a whistleblower at the U.S. Postal Service, Trump officials chose to disobey that order and kept working on it anyway.

When a court says stop, and millions of votes could be affected, you stop. End of story.

And what were they allegedly so determined to keep building? A system that could derail our entire elections, potentially causing millions of Americans to receive their ballots too late or not receive them at all.

Ignoring a court order is unacceptable under any circumstances. Doing it while jeopardizing the American people's right to vote goes so far beyond that.

Congress needs answers, and we need them NOW. We need to know who authorized this, who knew about it, and why anyone in this Administration thought they had a right to defy the court.

If officials knowingly ignored a court order and put Americans' right to vote at risk in the process, there must be real consequences for everyone responsible.

A new whistleblower complaint reveals a serious flaw buried in USPS's mail ballot system: if even one ballot's barcode fails to scan, the entire batch — potentially thousands of ballots — gets rejected and sent back.

AOC: I think the Supreme Court has demonstrated their inherent conflicts of interest with the President. This is very clearly one of the starkest examples that we have seen. There is no congressional authorization for these funds to be distributed in that way.

Congress holds the power of the purse. The finances of this matter, and how this multi-billion-dollar project was even being paid for, has never been clear from the beginning. There are enormous conflicts of interest inherent in this matter, and the Supreme Court has already ruled that they believe that the President should be able to commit crimes while he’s in office.

And I believe that they are complicit in the tearing up of many of the checks and balances that we see in the Constitution.
