@delhivery while i empathise with delivery partners having tough days with rains in Mumbai, what I’ve experienced today is blatant lying and theft of parcel. Order shows delivered but the guy never delivered the parcel. He called for OTP and since then has been avoiding calls.

The guy had stowed his luggage on our cabin and jumped at me when I tried making space. He refused that I could t touch or move his bags. The moment a fairer skinned oriental guy moved his bags, he was okay with it and didn’t have an issue.
