Some products try too hard to impress on Day 1.
Others just…..settle into your life.
NUITO felt like the second kind.
Simple design language. Calm and trendy colours. No noise.
Been living in their nuBLK tee lately.
Blend of Bamboo Charcoal infused Supima......sounds technical, but what I noticed was simpler.
Long days felt easier.
The tee didn’t give up by evening.
Still held its shape, still felt fresh, even after work → gym → random plans.
This is a new fabric blend for me, so I’m genuinely curious to see how it holds up after months of use.
Now the interesting part....they back it with a 50-wash warranty.
That tells you where their confidence lies: in time, not first impressions.
And as you know, when something genuinely works for me, I try to pass the benefit forward.
NUITO shared a 20% code (Gajender) for anyone curious.
No pressure at all....but if you try it, I think you’ll get why I liked it.
@Sahilxdesign I'll add on, business leaders have to understand the business domain better and how that evolves. They need to understand how money flows in their respective business.
@Sahilxdesign Designers somehow hate time, that's ok, but putting effort to understand it is very important. At leadership level you are no different from any of the other functional leaders, you have to learn to act like one.
@Sahilxdesign Last because of low self and this leads to bad representation with other core stakeholders, and that leads to looking down upon design and others assuming this is how design is
@Sahilxdesign Second the notion that designers can change the world is great, but when it comes to practical execution, designers want others to figure that out and not help there. You have to be a dreamer and a rationalist.
@HariPyt Interestingly Viminya was asking me the same thing, how much business they generate out of India? Also does the platform by default want the user to explore more or finish a transaction asap?
@joshuapekera Axure RP is such an underrated tool here. The learning curve is the reason why people don't adopt it, but it should have been the go-to tool when it comes to prototyping, such a powerful tool, that it answers all the questions while building the product.
@harish_io In this day and age, with the tools we have, low fidelity is redundant. High quality prototypes not just mocks for atleast one core flow is the cut line. Completely agree @harish_io
