@marthaiamnotMI @wxyzdetroit@IndivisibleMich@JocelynBenson To be fair, it's been 75 days prior to an election to apply for an absentee ballot even before Secretary Benson.
@MDFfigy@wxyzdetroit I would love you to apply to work the election and learn the process. People are needed in every municipality and skeptical people are valuable in this process. Please be a poll worker or work in an absentee voter counting board.

For the first time in 6 years, I did not work an election. My community didn't have an election today. I didn't administer an election or work for a another municipality. It was very weird. It was nice to have a day away, but I still missed it. I'll never do that again. #Vote
Know a former election administrator who would like to join our team of part-time contract election audit specialists and be a part of helping states and local jurisdictions implement risk-limiting audits? Send them my and @voting_works way! https://t.co/AjgrQ9yQXz
GOP leaders in Michigan’s state legislature are embarking on a anti-American effort to make it harder for Michiganders to vote, proposing 39 bills that do not reflect the values, wants or needs of voters.
I won’t stand for it.
And neither should you.
Being an election official is hard af. Right before and right after every presidential election, there's always an increase in people leaving the profession bc they've had enough. Who are we going to recruit to replace them when threats of violence are also now part of the job?
