I’ve come to the conclusion that we should rotate these mfs every 5 years. After that they start acting as if they own you.
I can’t believe I used to be a fan of a politician, but better late than never.
No party should be treated like they’re above accountability.
Pune Ketan Agarwal case is deeply disturbing. Ketan and his family deserve a fair, thorough, and impartial investigation, and above all, justice.
I introduced the National Commission for Men Bill in Parliament. Every victim deserves justice, support, and equal protection under the law.
The Ketan case is a reminder that men, too, can be victims. They deserve institutional support, legal protection, and a platform where their voices are heard. Justice must be equal for everyone, irrespective of gender.

You are quite senior to me but my frustration with the policy initiatives and the mindless buybacks with our IT majors when they should have been buying operating AI businesses forces me to ask:
‘Were you sleeping all these years?’
Another reminder. Tools we depend on can be switched off overnight, by a government we have no vote in.
We have seen this before. In manufacturing, we depend on imported machines, strait of Hormuz, imported technology licenses. In AI, we depend on imported models. Different industry, same pattern. We build on someone else’s foundation, and someone else decides when we can stand on it. Stop building services on top of these models. Start building the models. We have the engineers. We have the capital. Why are we so interested in 10 min deliveries.?
Where are our deep tech founders. Where is the capital willing to wait for long gestation?
@PunsterX Not a goof up… it’s the worst kept secret of IVF industry. The clinics which promise 80 percent success rates r known to exchange either or both reproductive cells. It’s an expensive procedure and the only way to have the shop going is to produce success by hook or by crook
Targets without mentors :
Losing even one young banker to stress, burnout, financial distress or suicide is not merely a personal tragedy; it is an institutional failure.

The Private Banking "ETHICS" Myth EXPOSED👇
While Public Sector Banks (PSBs) face endless scrutiny, India’s largest private lender, #HDFC Bank, is caught in a massive corporate governance scandal.
According to an Express Investigation, HDFC Bank camouflaged ₹45 crores as marketing/sponsorship spend for a road safety drive just to illegally pay a higher interest rate (an extra 2.51%) to a state firm (MSRDC) to retain its massive deposits.
When PSBs follow strict regulations, they are called inefficient. When private giants bypass RBI rules using shadow deals and fake marketing invoices, what should we call it?

Hi @DFS_India@FinMinIndia@RBI,
In case of #JituMunda, ur role was to inform nation that rules are made for the safety of common people.
However, but no official statement yet.
Banks & bankers are being brutally trolled for following the rules. Plz speak up.

Jayaraj kept his mobile shop open past 9pm during lockdown.
Police came. Took him away.
His son Bennix heard about it and rushed to the station to check on his father.
They let him in.
Then locked the door.
Both were stripped. Tied down on a wooden table. Beaten with lathis every 10 minutes through the night.
Their blood splattered the walls.
The next morning police took them to a doctor who gave them a fitness certificate.
Then to a magistrate who remanded them to jail without even looking at them properly.
Bennix died on June 22. Jayaraj died on June 23.
Yesterday a court found all 9 police officers guilty of murder.
It took 6 years.
Sentencing is on March 30.
The FIR said Jayaraj and Bennix rolled on the ground and used obscene language.
CCTV from the shop next door showed nothing of that sort happened.
The case against them was completely fabricated.
They died for a crime they never committed.
People in India suffer from a dangerous sense of imaginary ‘entitlement’. They believe that paying for something gives them absolute authority to misuse, damage, or behave however they want with the service or anything they’ve paid for.
They litter streets : ‘We pay taxes’
They spit gutkha in public: ‘We pay taxes’
They break traffic rules: ‘We pay road tax’
They abuse government staff: ‘Your salary comes from our taxes’
They vandalise public property: ‘It’s public, we paid for it’
They trash hotel rooms: ‘We paid for the stay’
They damage hill properties: ‘We’re tourists, we spent money’
People need to understand that paying money doesn’t make you the owner. It only means that you bought a service, it does not give you the right to destroy it or behave like animals. It’s frustrating that such a basic concept still needs to be explained.

Foreign power uses military force to remove the native ruler.
The natives don't have the means to fight back.
Foreign power will now decide who should rule the natives.
With no say from the natives in that decision. Because foreigners know best.
And then the foreign power takes over their expensive resources.
To be sent back to their own country for cheap/free.
With again no say from the natives.
And the natives must buy only from the foreigner.
Overpriced, expensive goods that poor natives can't afford.
The weak native economy crumbles further as the foreign power loots the poor.
The natives get poorer, and the foreign power gets richer at its expense.
It was called Colonialism. The world believed it will never come back.
It is back - proudly announced by a US President and playing out in full public view in the age of social media.
In 2026.
Colonialism is back.
⚠️CONTENT WARNING: DISTRESSING VIDEO
This video shows the devastating human cost of relentless target pressure.
This is Abbas Ahmad Jaidi, a @canarabank officer, found dead while on loan recovery duty, staying alone in a hotel under continuous pressure.
His suicide note names loan targets.
This was not a personal failure.
This was institutional violence.
Targets.
Forced insurance.
Daily humiliation.
Threats disguised as reviews.
Silence on mental health.
When officers are pushed to breaking point, management cannot wash its hands.
@canarabank Every senior executive must look at this.
@DFS_India@RBI@FinMinIndia This is what “performance pressure” looks like in real life.
How many more deaths before binding, enforceable rules are issued?
This video is shared not for sensationalism, but as evidence of a systemic crime against bankers.
To Fellow BANKERS,
Please be cautious.
Talk to your colleagues.
Talk to your family.
Ask for help. Walk away if you must.
This is just a job.
No target or review is worth your life.
Your loved ones are left shattered forever.
Stop target terrorism.
Stop coercive selling.
Stop treating human beings like numbers.
One banker is gone. We cannot afford another.

Apo B is the number that matters most
Here's what most people don't know:
Every atherogenic particle has exactly one Apo B protein.
LDL = one Apo B
VLDL = one Apo B
IDL = one Apo B
Lp(a) = one Apo B
So Apo B is a direct measure of total atherogenic particle number.
Why it's superior to LDL-C:
LDL-C = cholesterol concentration inside LDL particles
Apo B = number of particles
Example:
Patient A: LDL-C 100, Apo B 120 (high particle number, less cholesterol per particle)
Patient B: LDL-C 100, Apo B 70 (low particle number, more cholesterol per particle)
Same LDL-C. Different risk. Patient A is higher risk.
Apo B also captures:
- VLDL remnants (atherogenic, not captured in LDL-C)
- Small dense LDL (more particles per mg of cholesterol)
- Lp(a) contribution
Target: <80 mg/dL for primary prevention, <50-60 mg/dL for secondary prevention
Discordance matters:
- High Apo B with normal LDL-C → metabolic syndrome phenotype
- Normal Apo B with high LDL-C → large fluffy LDL, lower risk
The future of lipid management is targeting Apo B, not LDL-C.
2023 EAS consensus already recommends this. American guidelines will follow.
