IBPS passed should be on waiting list for at least five years after clearing exam. Meanwhile they can pursue other job opportunisties . When a blackmailing situation arrives govt should suspend all strikers for 2 years and employ from waitlist. Reinstate again only if required.

Expansion of bank mitra network, contracting commission based local agents will help decongest more for rural area especially where documentation is required. This decongests employees to bring HNIs.

@Tornadobanker My father had promised me a drone worth 25000 when as five year I was crying rolling on the ground in the local mela. He hasn't bought it yet. I intend to go on strike and won't be bringing groceries for my house while returning from office.
