More than two weeks since I contacted @flipkartsupport @Flipkart for a problem I faced. They are not interested in solving my issue. They just keep escalating it. Eventually it will reach god and probably he/she will be able to resolve it. Hopefully

I ordered a product on @Flipkart. There was a mismatch of serial number on product and bill. They refuse to give a corrected bill because seller isn’t agreeing to. Apparently customer isn’t king. The seller is. Consumer protection isn’t a thing for them.
