United Doctors Front (𝗨𝗗𝗙) has filed 𝗪.𝗣.(𝗖) 𝟭𝟮𝟱𝟲𝟯/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 before the Hon’ble 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗶 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, hearing on 𝟮𝟭 𝗔𝘂𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 before the Hon’ble 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 of Delhi HC.

The petition filed via @advsatyamrajput National Legal Advisor, UDF which 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗠𝗖’𝘀 regulation permitting 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 (𝗠𝗦𝗰/𝗣𝗵𝗗) faculty in core MBBS subjects, citing 𝗱𝗶𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of medical education & 𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of constitutional/statutory provisions.

@swedish_critic @scrowder Stem cells are not mere somatic human cells. They are capable of developing an entire human being. It is one of the reasons why genetic manipulations are not conducted on human embryos since they cannot consent.

@BeejPrice @C6349Tc @scrowder Intestine cells will not beat outside the body. Intestine may beat because there is a heart pumping to it via blood vessels. An intestine cell is not an intestine since the cells are not stem cells which means an intestine cell cannot give rise to another intestine.

@TKOIII_ @robh279 @scrowder I have to disagree. Medical ethics says if someone can be saved out of a coma after a definite period of time then the doctors must save them. Life support may be withdrawn in cases with coma for an indefinite period. 9 months of pregnancy is a definite time period to save.

@InfoHippo @crazyjoedevola @scrowder Scientifically a fertilised egg is called a zygote. Common people say they are pregnant because they have a baby inside of them. After delivery the term neonate is used upto 28 days. Doctors don't use the term baby unless talking to patients. Baby is a common man's word.

@diondrereyes @InfoHippo @_autumn_lee_ @scrowder Scientifically you can save a 20-24 week unborn child. Saving lives has medical and moral arguments. Medically when you can save why not do it? Morally I am against killing human lives.

@diondrereyes @InfoHippo @_autumn_lee_ @scrowder Based on science 20-24 weeks is viable based on facilities available. It will keep on decreasing as medicine advances. That is 3weeks before you mentioned. If a live could be saved that is a better option is it not?
