Government is silent on the monopoly of telecom companies. WHY?
- Telecom companies are forcing users to buy expensive plans.
- Even if you don’t want data, you are forced to pay for it.
- Cheaper plans are removed or hidden.
- At checkout, they try to fool users by highlighting expensive plans so users make mistakes and pay more.
- Some independent affordable plans have been removed.
- Existing plans’ validity has been reduced.
- Calendar, salary, EMI, insurance, rent - all follow 12 months, but Jio, Airtel, and Vi charge us for 13 months.
Now, don’t tell me India has the cheapest telecom prices in the world - let me remind you, the average Indian earns ₹15,000 a month.
WHY TF I DO I HAVE TO PAY 379₹ MONTH FOR MOBILE RECHARGE WHEN I HAVE WIFI AND I DONT EVEN USE 2 GB DATA EVERYDAY? JUST TO KEEP THE SIM ACTIVE SO MUCH AMOUNT IS BEING TAKEN FROM US???
Dear Jio,
Two Suggestions:
- Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan.
- Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it.
There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide.

We humbly request @cmohry@HaryanaPolice @panipatpolice @HMOIndia to take urgent action.
Please transfer the case to a senior investigation unit like CIA if needed.
Time is critical. We just want our sister back—alive and safe. 🙏
Before 2014:
No one had to pay for incoming calls.
AFTER 2014:
If you don't recharge, you lose incoming calls and messages within a week, and if it continues for a few months, your SIM is deactivated & your mobile number is sold to someone else.
Even if someone lives in a rural area, earns very little, uses a basic feature phone, doesn’t use the internet and only needs to make a few basic calls, they are forced to spend ₹200–300 every month.
This is nothing but blackmailing and open loot from poor people of India.
