@amazonIN Hi. We ordered an Amway powder for Rs3,950 to be delivered to my old parents in Jharkhand. Shocked to see that your guy delivered a packet of salt. Never had such a disappointing experience before this with Amazon. Can you guys look into this & do the needful?

@AmazonHelp Me, my family members- we all are lying to @amazonIN about one delivery so that we get richer by Rs3,950! And each person down to the last delivery guy in your chain is a saint & 200% correct

Go for COD, at least you can open the pack before making payments. Coz platforms will fail to find the lapses in their delivery chain, & conclude that customer is lying to get a refund or replacement

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN No point! Your team highlighted that even if they investigate it again, the result is going to be same. So, I will bear the loss & choose to end ordering on @amazonIN from now. Btw, before putting my previous post, I checked with my father- he received salt, not Amway powder

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN So, @amazonIN has come to a conclusion upon investigation that a customer who has been on its platform for multiple years & ordered products worth several hundreds of thousands has decided to lie to Amazon about a delivery to gain Rs3,950 as refund. Whose loss? Certainly not mine

@AmazonHelp What exactly is @amazonIN trying to say here? You deliver a Rs30 salt against Rs3,950 order & have the guts to give this nonsense reply? Btw, we have never sought any refunds before this. Your processes are just pathetic even for genuine cases of grievance

Hi @allianceair I made full payment via @makemytrip for Kolkata-Rourkela flight on 7/12/23. The flight took off & reached Bhubaneswar but then it returned back to Kol. What happens to the money paid for Kol-Rourkela trip? The whole day was wasted, & passenger didn reach Rourkela
