No resolution since last 15 days and no option to close the FASTag.@AmazonHelp the steps shown in FAQ to close amazon FASTag is not available in app.

Never ever buy Amazon ICICI FASTag. These guys are pathetic. My Amazon FASTag suddenly got hotlisted for no reason and it’s been almost 15 days neither Amazon nor ICICI is able to resolve the issue. Both blaming each other.

Buy any bank FASTag not this!

@AmazonHelp I haven’t received any email having resolution or reason for closing the Amazon complaint ticket without solving the issue. I don’t know how system work in Amazon. Without solving the issue my ticket is closed after 10 days.

Since 23 Aug, ~15 calls, repeated false assurances. On 26 Aug, Amazon finally raised ticket #D519299805, promising resolution by 29 Aug. Still pending

@FASTag_NETC I have made calls more than 20 times and has raised issue since 23 August 2026 to both @ICICIBank_Care and @AmazonHelp . They keep saying that there co-brand partner is not giving response. The recording attached shows the non-responsive behaviour of Amazon .
