High time to think over on providing any public appointments to retired senior officials in administration & retired Judges in Tribunals. Why can’t Tribunals have regular judges.
Such retirement benefits often leads to develop favouritism towards appointing agencies & to miscarriage of Justice.
Armed Force Tribunals were formed for speedy disposals to Soldiers. Thus granting unjustified adjournments delays the justice. Fact is, Govt counsels are paid from public money & petitioner from his hard earned money.
