@DaikinIndia we purchased 2 ac's on 24th May 2025 in Dombivli East. We found no warranty cards in boxes.We contacted the vendor. He said it must be misplaced and he will arrange it. How we will get our ac's serviced without warranty cards.Please watch the attached video & advice.

Dear @amazonIN I ordered mini cars for my 3 yr old child on 10 March 2025. Order id is 171-8308462-2717945
It was reached at my nearest @delhivery courier centre on 17 March but still not delivered.
I came to know that the centre don't have staff to deliver it so it is delayed.

@AmazonHelp This is a very standard answer by your system. I doubt that my product was misused by a delivery person. I spoke with the manager of delhivery but no use. another delivery boy confirmed such behaviour of the culprit delivery executive. Please help or I will go to consumer court.

@amazonIN I ordered a product on your mobile app on 4/11/24. The order id is 171-4433757-6693125
I didn't receive the parcel, the delivery status shows that it was delivered on 10/11/24.
I was told that if it wouldn't be delivered till 12/11/24, I wl get the refund. Pl assist.
