On 2 February 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Meeran son of Asghar, a 25-year-old fisherman, was taken into custody from Sohrabi Ward, Gwadar by the Pakistan Army. He was taken to an undisclosed location.

As of the time of this report, his whereabouts remain unknown to his family.

Two Brothers Forcibly Disappeared in Midnight Raid in Pasni

PAANK strongly condemns the enforced disappearance of two brothers, Balach Yousuf (29) and Beebarg Yousuf (25), who were forcibly disappeared during a raid on their home at around 12:00 midnight on 23 January 2026 in the coastal city of Pasni, district Gwadar Balochistan.

According to local sources and the family, the raid was carried out by the local death squad and the Pakistan Army, who forcibly took both brothers to an undisclosed location.

Balach Yousuf, aged 29, is a graduate of the University of Marine Sciences, Uthal, while his younger brother Beebarg Yousuf, aged 25, is a student. Since their disappearance, their whereabouts remain unknown, placing the family under severe psychological distress.

In the early hours of 2 February, at approximately 3:30 a.m., a large contingent of the Pakistani army raided multiple houses in Hub Chowki,Balochistan, and forcibly disappeared Retired Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Bakhsh Sajidi, his brother Naeem Sajidi, and Engineer Rafeeq Baloch, the former Chief of Sui Gas Balochistan.

Mohammad Bakhsh Sajidi is the father of @DrNaseemBaluch Chairman of the @BNMovement_ , while Naeem Sajidi and Engineer Rafeeq Baloch are his uncles.

The raid and subsequent abductions were carried out without any legal justification, reflecting the ongoing pattern of collective punishment and enforced disappearances in Balochistan.

Fake Baloch Representatives in Europe

In recent days, Pakistan has once again attempted to deceive the international community by sending a group of fake Baloch representatives to Europe. These individuals have been sponsored by the Pakistani establishment and its army, not chosen by the Baloch people. They do not represent the will, aspirations, or suffering of the Baloch nation.

This so-called delegation, which includes a few members of parliament, has been directly involved in legitimizing and defending the genocide taking place in Balochistan. Their presence abroad serves only one purpose; to distort facts, spread propaganda, and whitewash the crimes of the Pakistani state before the world.

While thousands of Baloch men, women, and children are being abducted, tortured, and killed, these fabricated representatives act as tools of the oppressor, speaking the language of those responsible for Baloch genocide. They are collaborators in the ongoing occupation.

The true representatives of the Baloch nation are those who continue to resist Pakistan’s colonial rule with courage, who raise their voices for justice and freedom despite facing imprisonment, disappearance, or death.

We urge European governments, institutions, and human rights organizations not to be misled by Pakistan’s orchestrated delegations. The Baloch question is not one of “development” or “integration,” but of freedom, justice, and national self-determination.

The ISPR’s claim about killing “eighteen Indian-sponsored terrorists” in Balochistan is completely false and fabricated. In reality, those killed were Baloch youth who were on a picnic point in the Chiltan mountains.

Pakistani forces used combat drones and gunship helicopters to target them; a horrific act that has become a routine in Balochistan under the guise of so-called “counter-terrorism operations.” This is an aggression by the coloniser.

There is no “Indian-sponsored terrorism” in Balochistan but Pakistan itself is a terrorist state involved in #BalochGenocide. The people of Balochistan are not foreign agents, they are native Baloch, struggling for their freedom, and dignity, in their own homeland.

Pakistan’s repeated attempts to brand the Baloch national struggle as foreign-sponsored are nothing but propaganda designed to justify its crimes and deflect global attention from its atrocities.

These killings are part of Pakistan’s systematic campaign of collective punishment against the Baloch nation.

We call upon the international community, the @UN, and global human rights organizations to take immediate notice of these war crimes and hold Pakistan accountable.

As a nation, we also hope that India and other neighbouring countries will stand on the right side of history to support the Baloch people morally, diplomatically, and politically in their just struggle for freedom.

The world must break its silence. The Baloch nation’s cry for freedom will not be silenced by Pakistan’s lies and bullets.
