@BPDS122@CarlDunnJr For me it's everything in moderation. Pacing myself. I live with chronic pain.....I have to pace myself or I'll end up in bed ALL the time. #BPDChat
@CarlDunnJr@BPDS122 I find just getting up, showering, eating healthy meals. I like to make lists and check them off. Or give myself a sticker when I accomplish brushing my teeth. It increases my dopamine level. Also, booking some time with a therapist. #bpdchat
