@HSBC_UK Appears to be affecting your fraud line too. Having to listen to broken recorded messages over and over again. Not the slightest bit annoying when trying to report theft from your bank account 🤨

@HSBC_UK I can't connect to speak to an agent on the phone. Automated service works but then nothing when passed over. Is there a know issue? Tried 3 times now

Hi @greateranglia, why are mens toilets open at Tottenham Hale and not the ladies? Locked before last train. No sign as to why. Not helpful.

@greateranglia Really @greateranglia? That's not what we are being told at TH. Due to Train Fault. Which one is it? Last n/b train left 20 mins ago with 4 carriages. Platform full. Next train first stop Bishops Stortford. Why can't you adapt that service to stop other big stations en route?
