French cargo Ship SS Mont Blanc collides with Belgian Relief ship Imo in Halifax Harbour. A fire breaks out on the Mont Blanc, which is laden with explosives. At 9:04am, the largest human-made explosion to date. At least 1,782 killed. 9,000 injured.

Had a bit of shoveling rage last night. Company that does my neighbour's driveway. Shoveled it all in my yard. Plowed end of her driveway onto my side. Blocking my way out. After I had my done perfectly. Not the first time.
