It is BEYOND me that enormous companies like @Verizon and @FedEx have such terrible websites. Does anyone at these companies actually USE their websites? Not only are they not very user-friendly, but they just flat out DO NOT WORK most of the time. Ugh!

@VZWSupport I can only access your website if I use an incognito tab, and even then, most of my clicks don't take me anywhere. It's not a current problem, just an enormous headache any time I need to do anything re: VZW. Could be my browser or computer, but no other website does this.

@FedExHelp It''s not a shipment. I'm the admin of my company's account. The reports I can run from the Ship tab show the courtesy rate & posted rate, but not what we were actually charged for them. I selected 'Inv #' to be displayed on that report and that column results as "NA" ...1/2

@SonosSupport WHY no option to lock users out of the Sonos app? I work in an office where everyone is connected to Wifi, which allows anyone to take over whenever they want. No, I will not ask IT to set up a guest wifi. I, the admin, should be able to set & reset a PIN whenever.
