@karenmorley6 @marksandspencer The previous offers were generally 20% specific items with no minimum spend, so you could buy one bra or one pair of trousers. The money just came off whatever you bought. Now there is a minimum spend that equates to 2 bras etc and you have to wait a fortnight to get your money.

I recently returned a pair of linen trousers which were much smaller than ones the same size purchased in previous years. Can you just confirm you have changed your sizing?

@PaulBrandITV @itvnews If they're going to oppose the bill, then they need to adequately fund end of life care. In my area hospices are crying out for funding. My mother did not receive adequate care at home provision from the local hospice, and some hospices are stopping care at home provision.

@PaulBrandITV At the same time a local hospice is having to end its care at home offer due to lack of funding. If we had proper end of life care provision, we wouldn't need the assisted dying bill.

@marksandspencer I have a 20% off womens tops on my Sparks but when I put this t shirt in my basket it is not giving me the 20% off at the checkout. It is not one of the items excluded in the Ts&Cs.

They said that was just for new customers so I said I don't care, that's what I want. Eventually I was put through to someone more senior and got my way

@SketchesbyBoze I find I am reading more and more as I am finding less and less that I want to watch on TV. I also find I can't do audio books as my mind just wanders and I don't take it in. Funnily enough both my grown up children are the same, we must all be visual learners.

We are losing out on all fronts, not to mention all the spam emails I've been getting since the cyber incident.
