I traveled to Delhi from Goa on the flight6E on 5th Jan'23 My luggage was misplaced because of the carelessness of your airline staff. Your airline’s staff assured me that my luggage will be delivered to my address within 24 hours. Last 15 days no clue😷

Hi hv shared all required details yesterday but revert still awaited. Now almost 15+ days lost luggage no clue. Neither anyone from Indigo called me nor replied on mail.

The service centre at goregaon Mumbai has written it's liquid damage when I ask what is that and how can that happen in 4 days they have no answer but 1 that we will not replace
