I bought 2.9k Ather Rizta Z paying the whole amount almost 3 weeks ago. It came with so much of promises. Navigation, 123km mileage, they asked me to take a prepackaged too. Now none of the features are working. I hardly get a range of 60 km range.

@atherenergy @jagograhakjago I have raised multiple complaints. None of them are responding. Their app doesn't let me book service appointments too. This has caused me severe stress and financial loss. I need compensation. I am okay if they wanna take the vehicle back too.
