Qatar Red Crescent has allocated a sum of USD 100,000/- to strengthen the capacity of the health Sector of Sri Lanka with urgently need medical supplies. The project is being implemented in coordination with the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society and the Health Ministry of Sri Lanka.
In order to repatriate ALL Sri Lankans wishing to return home, while minimizing impact to quarantine & hospital facilities, a lab for PCR tests will be set up at BIA. Passengers will be held in a separate area before immigration, until test restults are received
@GotabayaR Dear Sir, when are you going to start regular flights. We are not repatriate Lankans, but dying to see our loved ones. 🥺 pls open Airport for regular ppl
@PMDNewsGov Hi, Can this be translated in ti English and Tamil for the benefit of non sinhala speaking population? In general applicable for majority of the news releases. Will appreciate your cooperation.
Absolutely right..btw, majority of the expats in west asia do have viting rights, but not being allowed to come back. Isn't this another violation of thier constitutional voting rights?@AzzamAmeen@MarianneDavid24@RajapaksaNamal
If the Sri Lankan migrant workers had voting rights for the upcoming election I highly doubt there would be any “mulling”. Just because they don’t want #lka affected numbers to increase they would consider sacrificing these folks who are valued only for their remittances.
@GotabayaR His excellency, I believe the priority shall be given to allow inbound Srilankan Expats who want to come back desperately. Kindly consider their plight and facilitate repatriatiation plus mormal services.
@MarianneDavid24 You forgot to mention how the cables (power & telecom) are running? If u get a chance to go to Pokara you will like the destination except again for the worst roads!!
@duvindi This is quit common in Hindu and Islamic culture...and believe I have talked with my only once but we are happy married couple for last 23yrs...Its still working..😎
