Meanwhile, they didn't have:
ID badges ready ❌
Computer logins ready ❌

If our amazing manager hadn't fixed it we'd be useless staff who knew the importance of #BeKind...

Far from ‘not replacing’ doctors, PAs are being used as doctor substitutes in all manner of hospital on-call rotas.

Worse - doctors are even being substituted by *trainee* PAs.

This is a patient safety disaster.

Great news! Manifold leak of nitrous oxide was >95% of the entire @RoyalSurrey used when I audited it in 2023. A ridiculous contribution to atmospheric pollution with no benefit to anyone.
