@HMRCcustomers terrible customer service today for @S_Trinder trying to contact you because your online system says to for the changes required and then 45 mins on hold later a rude call handler who hung up when they didn’t know the answer….. please advise how to sort. ASAP.

@HMRCcustomers Thank you. We need to amend the company details you have to ensure the right tax is being paid. Now I think that can be done online but his account is locked and so directs him to call. But no answer and then no help. Can you confirm a direct line to unlock/reset his account? TY

@IKEAUK disappointed to be accosted by security in the car park of your Reading store this week, in front of my child, to be accused of stealing. Never been so embarrassed and with no evidence. He left rather red faced. Won’t be returning as a customer in the near future.

@easyJet please confirm how I claim compensation for a late flight when part of an EJ holiday. I’ve had an email today stating you can’t find my booking, I used the flight reference from the holiday booking email!! We were late by 5 hrs with a 7 month old,I expect compensation.

@thismorning - why is local so hard to understand? From your home only, even if the scenery isn’t glamourous. Don’t nip in the car, via a Starbucks, and meet a friend 5 miles away.... for example. I feel we are over analysing this to find ways out of doing what we are told.
