@bitcoinmalayali If you read the Paddy Act of 2008, there is a provision to use the land for public purposes under Section 10.
The issue is, this has to be approved by multiple committees after checking for ecological impact. Current govt should amend the act to remove this particular clause.
@puttu3point0 Always think deeper when you see someone good with making money chooses to take a loss.
Very similar to a successful movie producer making a bad movie on purpose.
Our robots built this in the city of Almere: curved walls, different types of bricks and bonds, indented text.
Real world deployment, insane complexity, 100% of every brick done by our robots, with another 15 houses to come in the coming weeks.
@Thekerala_Story Great to see bipartisan support from both UDF and BJP in this project. Trivandrum deserves to be a model for all state capitals, harking back to the glory days of Travancore.
It’s crazy how rest of India completely ignores Kerala’s efforts in bettering municipal infrastructure just because they don’t elect the BJP.
Kerala might even be the first state to indirectly privatise its municipalities. There’s partisan agreement on this.
@RamKuma68033593 Yes agree. Which is why I said “Vantara-like”. I was only referring to the professional way it’s run more than anything.
The scope for foreign exchange earning is so high. Something AI would probably not disrupt for a while.
@pradeepmgeorge@RishiJoeSanu Absolutely. Even the so called “urban infra champions” on X, completely ignore or demean the exceptional progress Kerala has made in this regard. It’s just politics, and an inability to accept that southern Indians can be miles better than the northern counterparts.
@doval31981 It would be a dream if Kerala become like Thailand, without the sleaze. The state has magnificent temples, churches, mosques and synagogues along with stunning scenery and beach to hills travel within 3 hours.
@GreatKerala1 So no land for semiconductors but for a useless film city (which will be automated with AI in the near future).
Sums up Kerala’s industries policy.
