@ISPIndianapolis Thank you! Right shoulder. Cars use merge lane from I-70 to pass and when the lane ends often they continue driving down the shoulder when 465 traffic is very slow or use shoulder to pass cars trying to merge. I see typically between 5-5:30pm. Cut through 465/ramp gore area too.

@ISPIndianapolis Can something PLEASE be done about cars using the shoulder to pass on 465 SB between I-70 and Washington during rush hours? I witness drivers doing it almost every day and it's dangerous.

@indystar Can someone at INDOT explain why there are 10 miles of Worksite Speed Limits on I-70 in western Hancock Co. that hasn't seen regular construction in months or even years in some parts? Many drivers are losing patience leading to aggressive driving.
