For my New Year's resolution I vowed to make a VICTORS-like yearbook *when* Michigan won a national championship in basketball. Here's how that's going.

I have espn+ (Hockey East and ECAC), Peacock (Notre Dame), and NCHC TV (love you Mayo), and it's insane how much worse of a product BTN+ consistently is.
It was back for 8 seconds and stroked out again.
Michigan gets good shots on every possession. Will automatically start games with a math advantage because of their shot profile and what they emphasize preventing on the other end.
Thought Mich was notably more aggressive in gaps on drives. Led to a bunch of steals and easy run-out baskets the other way. But also stifled drives and led to more possessions ending in isos.
Wolf was absolutely ridiculous offensively, showed the whole arsenal. Grab & go in transition, P&R and Pick & Pop drives with crafty finishes, dribbling into post-ups, even a skip for a corner 3. Lineups with him at the 5 are going to be wildly difficult to stop.
How was LJ Cason ranked ~ 250 as a recruit?!
We have a new sponsor (Minitab) starting a "stat of the game" thing tonight. Didn't realize there would be a 2016 Rutgers level of lolptions to choose from.
Michigan women's basketball doesn't pull off the stunner, but looks ready to rock in its 68-62 loss to No. 1 South Carolina in Las Vegas
Freshman, 2024 Olympian and top-five recruit Syla Swords debuts with 27 points, 12 rebounds against the defending national champs
With 24 hours to spare, here's my season-opening essay for the 2024-25 college basketball season. On Indiana football, the strange magic of college sports, and the day that gives 364 teams the same hope they can be the magic for all of us. https://t.co/c6pm4QLp5f
What are we even talking about here?? When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me. VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!
Before vs. After: thought I ruined all my tunnel photos but thanks to the magic of Photoshop, I did not!
My love/hate relationship with the stadium lights continues...
A team losing a game is not a "disaster."
Home runs are homers, not "dingers," "jacks" or "bombs."
A player scored 10 straight points, not 10 "unanswered" points.
If a football team scores two touchdowns and the opponent doesn't come back, say it "never trailed" rather than "never looked back."
In short, avoid hackneyed words and phrases, redundancies and exaggerations.
