Now it just seems like I’m writing a story with a pen that writes blanks, on a paper that is left unfolded after a glance, with a mind that’s not actually sane.
Being a good man doesn’t guarantee a good life.
You can be honest, loyal, hardworking, and still get overlooked, betrayed, or broken.
The world doesn’t reward you for being good.
It rewards you for being effective.
Character matters, but it’s power, discipline, and results that move the needle.
So I stopped waiting for fairness.
I started building leverage.
And now I play the game knowing that being good is the baseline, being great is the requirement.
