@VirginMobileUAE I use the app to terminate ONE of the 5 numbers on my account. Instead all 5 were terminated instantly. Turns out that number was set as the "main" one with the rest under it. That was never made clear and makes no sense.

JVT residents have waited 10 years for a mosque, and while one was finally built in 2021, it’s now too small for our growing community. Nakheel allocated 4 plots for mosques, 3 remain empty, awaiting donors. We urge @IACADDUBAI @DubaiProperties @NKLCommunities to support

it was very diffucult to do such a simple task that requires a physical visit and can't be done over the phone. @dutweet I hope some action is taken to sort this ASAP! (3/3)

@dutweets Very disappointed on how it is very difficult to cancel multisim. I have a physical SIM on my iPhone and an eSim on my ipad for the same number. I went to the du shop to cancel my eSIM in order to activate my Apple Watch but it is been a very difficult task!

1st Visit, the system was down and the agent wasn't able to do it.. the 2nd visit it didn't show on the agents system but showed on another... he said he'll raise a complain.. I followed up with the call center, but they said they can't help! Visited a 3rd time but it ... (2/3)
