@hubermanlab @CoberCommander Just wondering while reading this, is there any differences in terms of effects between doing the hot phase at the beggining vs at the end vs doing just cold?
@_LindsayCraig@hubermanlab What are we looking at? Is this your average per day scores or specific measurements? If so, in which moment do you take them? Just curious since I'm running the same experiment :)
"A good artist has to have a willingness and ability to face the abyss, because when you are in the studio, it's just you. They need to be comfortable with facing the abyss." – Landon Metz via Ark Journal.
Set a goal.
Find a problem.
Learn how to solve it.
Document how you solved it.
Distill into a replicable process.
Give it to others that want to be helped.
Do it offline and it's called growth.
Do it online and it's called business.
The more you do this the more momentum you will get, and the easier it will become to accomplish bigger goals.
The ultimate goal is to build a relationship with yourself where you trust your own word above all things.
Set yourself smaller goals that you feel comfortable with, and then stick to them no matter what.
E.g. if you have trouble building a solid morning routine, start by commiting yourself to drinking one glass of water first thing in the morning.
The question that arises now is: is there a way to undo this process, to revert this machinery so we can break free from this new self–imposed person/brand dualism and return to our primal state of full–time human beings?
